Explanation

Long before the Elven race severed diplomatic ties with other species, the Elves who dwelled in the vast forests of Kanokuni devoted themselves to harmonizing their profound wisdom (Sophia) with the natural world. This pursuit gave rise to a myriad of interdisciplinary studies, which ultimately intertwined to form a unique cultural identity.

During an expedition near the great forests, a team of the museum’s curators made a miraculous discovery: five historical artifacts, which were brought back for analysis and study. The findings revealed that each artifact encapsulates a fragment of the daily life of an Elf who lived during the transitional period of nature-symphony. These musical pieces are rare, tangible glimpses into their existence.

This special exhibit brings these artifacts together as a unified collection.

Among the tracks, visitors will encounter melodies that blend the hums of a contemplative Elf with a lo-fi atmosphere, rhythms that shift within a 3/4 time signature as if reflecting a moment of indecision inspired by a new research theme, and compositions where multiple musical traditions interweave, mirroring the fusion of scholarly disciplines.

These works collectively paint a vivid portrait of an inquisitive and whimsical Elf—highly skilled in interdisciplinary studies and driven by boundless intellectual curiosity. This Elf is depicted as someone who, through a form of communication, freely shared their research processes and discoveries with the world, offering a glimpse of their vibrant and exploratory spirit.
