All visitors who make use of the music exhibited (and preserved) within the museum are considered to have agreed to the following User Policy. Please note that this User Policy is subject to change without prior notice.

User Policy

At this museum, we offer license-free (loopable) background music (BGM) suitable for use in games, videos, broadcasts, illustrations, TRPGs, and more.

The copyrights to the works exhibited in the museum belong to the composers listed for each piece. Claiming any music as your own creation or engaging in unauthorized posting or sale of the music is strictly prohibited.

This site is link-free.

When using the exhibited music as BGM for publicly distributed media such as videos, illustrations, or live streams, crediting is mandatory. Please include a note, either within or outside the work, indicating that the music is created by Potwi. (Listing the track name is not required.)
No prior permission or usage reports are necessary.

◇ Permitted Actions ◇

Visitors may:

1. Listen to the exhibited music on the site.

2. Download the exhibited music.

3. Enjoy the downloaded music for personal listening.

4. Use the exhibited music as BGM for videos, illustrations, live streams, games, TRPGs, etc. (including commercial use).

5. Edit the music, such as looping it for specific uses.

6. Submit ideas via the Request system.

◇ Prohibited Actions ◇

Visitors to the museum are prohibited from engaging in the following actions. Violations may result in claims for damages against the violator:

1. Actions that cause or may cause harm to the museum or third parties.

2. Actions that infringe on the honor, privacy, or other rights of the museum or third parties, or may do so.

3. Actions contrary to public order and morals, or those that may do so.

4. Use or distribution of harmful programs such as computer viruses.

5. Sending unsolicited emails or newsletters.

6. Violating any laws or regulations, or actions that may do so.

7. Using the music exhibited in this museum as training data for AI or machine learning purposes.

8. Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the museum.

The staff of this museum diligently curates all exhibited works but does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.

The museum reserves the right to suspend operations or replace some or all exhibited works without prior notice.

The museum accepts no responsibility for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use this site, nor for damages caused by third-party activities such as unauthorized access, data tampering, or misuse of the Request system.

◇ About the Request System ◇

The Request system allows visitors to share musical ideas, which are treated as “inspirations” for new compositions. Any works created based on these inspirations are fully owned by the composer.

Composers have full discretion to interpret and create music from submitted ideas. By submitting a Request, the visitor agrees to this process.

Requesters understand that not all submissions will result in compositions.

Names submitted via the Request system are used solely for management purposes by the museum.

The museum accepts no responsibility for complaints or dissatisfaction regarding unprocessed Requests. Inappropriate entries in the Request system are prohibited. Should such entries occur repeatedly, the museum reserves the right to discontinue the system.
